That little step opened a massive door to a new reality for me . I had always been fascinated by animation but never really knew how to go about it. I had tried to self-teach, but it was just not working. 

                       

Presently, three exciting months later, the same can't be said. . Thanks to Del-York Creative Academy in partnership with Mastercard Foundation, I have been opportune to learn so much about 3D animation! And for Free!!! 

                       

Under the Program YAPPI (Youth In Animation and Post Production Initiative), I've learned about 2D and 3D animation, character design, animation techniques, and visual effects. 

                       

The course is well-structured and procedural, and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They made everything seemingly simple. They are always available to answer questions and provide guidance whenever I encounter a problem. 

                       

Oh, and the Community of students is the best. It wasn't easy, but they kept encouraging, challenging, and edging one another. 

                       

One of the things I appreciate about this course is that it's practical, which means I get to create my 3D projects as I learn. 

                       

Then, the powerful Mentorship Classes with great people, Dr. Akanimo Odon, Ikenna Oguike, 'Gbeminiyi Obadan, Seye Olurotimi, Stephanie Linus, and Gbenga Adewumi to mention a few, are life-changing. 

                       

A Big Shout Out to Del-York Group, Del-York Creative Academy, and Mastercard Foundation for making this possible and paving the way in animation for over 60,000 youths in Nigeria.
